Most gyms only offer traditional fitness equipment and classes while neglecting the most important factor in practicing a healthy lifestyle, proper nutrition. While you can usually acquire these services and nutritional dietary supplements from your local, big box gym, most don’t offer high quality, locally sourced cold-pressed juices and ready-made meals on site.

We are NOT just exercise. This is not your average gym. 

 

ZUMBA

Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates Hip-Hop, Soca, Samba, Salsa, Merengue and Mambo. Squats and lunges are also included. In one Zumba class a person can burn between 500-1000 calories depending on the energy the individual puts into the class. The music comes from the following dance styles: Cumbia, Salsa, Merengue, Mambo, Flamenco, Cha-cha, Reggaeton, Soca, Samba, Hip Hop, Axé music and Tango.

Power LIFT with caleb

Powerlifting is a strength sport that consists of three attempts at maximal weight on three lifts: Squat, Bench Press, and Dead lift. Coach Caleb will teach you proper form and technique, applications of strength training to general fitness as well as help you achieve your own (pr) personal record. Due to the specific nature of this class and focus on form - this class is limited to 10 people. Be sure to sign up online. 

Cardio Strength Training

Cardio Strength Training (CST) solves both fat loss and gaining lean muscle mass with simple, fast, and effective workouts to help you "kill two birds with one stone." When you gain muscle, it raises your heart rate, which helps you burn fat faster. CST includes circuits, timed sets, high intensity interval training,  plyometrics, and calisthenics all while incorporating the use of weights,  and sandbags. Circuits include pull-ups, pushups, burpees, squats, etc. CST is done in a group fitness environment with an instructor leading class while correcting form and perfecting technique.

 

CARDIO BOXING FITNESS

Train with a former amateur boxing champ to achieve optimal strength and conditioning just like boxers do! You'll get the best marriage of cardio & resistance training AND the bonus benefit of gloving up & hitting heavy bags and learning speed bag rhythm and cadence. NOTHING beats a good strength fest to help you feel like your strongest you. You'll need hand wraps and gloves for this intense class so be sure to bring them with you!   

21 day detox kick start

We understand that gyms and exercise can be overwhelming and intimidating. If you've been searching for a place to get started, we run a Detox Kick Start several times a year that includes a simple clean eating guide, support group, modifiable exercise program, accountability and a CAN DO approach to a healthier lifestyle.
